Most days my days are filled with Calls, Meetings, Pep Talks, Dog Walks and Coffee... yes lots of coffee!
But it hasn’t always been this fun!
Hey there!
I’m Michelle and I am a champion for women executives and for organizations to flourish in every situation!
I used to start my day with eager optimism and hit the ground running. My commitment was to my team, and I worked hard to show them I recognized their success was my success. I demonstrated an authentic interest in helping people grow and expressed appreciation for their learning and accomplishments. I genuinely enjoyed every team I had the pleasure of leading.
Although, as demands intensified, I noticed my daily routines were changing in a way that was not aligned with my desire to have successful purpose-driven work achievements AND overall well-being.
My goal of becoming an Executive Leader was achieved, yet I realized I had unique challenges that required unique support.
In some respects, I was getting in my own way and having someone else to put a perspective shift on how I was looking at things would have been helpful.
I knew being an exhausted leader would be a less effective leader but found myself wondering if I would be viewed unfavorably if I did not promote and model a longer hour workday.
I would confidently trust my own voice and express my ideas and then fall victim to the “Paradox of Unworthiness” by second-guessing, overthinking, overanalyzing, replaying, and playing “what if” scenarios. Basically, I was allowing myself to feel not enough despite evidence to the contrary.
I would struggle with the career/family juggle wanting to be all things to all people. I attempted to be on top of everything with work, family, friends, yet did not feel like I was doing any of it well. And when diagnosed with breast cancer, my first thoughts were how to minimize my time away from work!

I knew something had to change but didn’t know what it was until I engaged in coaching and became part of a community of support that is critical for developing women leaders.
I found tremendous value in having others to identify with that not only shared similar challenges but also had similar career aspirations and desire to further develop.
And then it became so clear! I wanted to be part of the community that helped women have confidence and trust in themselves to speak up, share their thoughts and stop their censoring and fear. To say they have strong business relationships, growth, satisfaction, a sense of accomplishment and most importantly feel their value is recognized.
Through coaching I learned Executive Coaching is understanding core motivations,
behaviors and leading through influence to increase your impact on business.
As your coach, I come alongside you and help bring focus and clarity to your goals and help create a path to help you achieve them.
Women tend to have self-limiting thoughts that keep them from reaching their full potential. My passion is to help empower female executives to unleash their leadership potential, improve decision-making and reach their desired goals through an innovative coaching partnership to increase growth, satisfaction, success, and resiliency.
Women reap significant benefit from realizing they are not alone, and they find it beneficial to realize others struggle with similar challenges. Women are last to find out what they can do for themselves, and coaching is the best way to meet this need. It’s hard to talk about self-awareness, resilience, and actions without a coach.
