I’m Michelle Perez

I am an accomplished Executive Coach, Organizational Consultant, and Leader who over the past 25 years has successfully led and guided teams in various industry verticals to perform at their highest levels.

I am familiar with the challenges that come with, and the energy required to be an authentic, inspiring leader. And as a business owner, wife, mother, and cancer survivor, I understand first-hand and have an excitement to support the unique challenges women face in Corporate America.

Bovana Consulting was founded from my desire to invest in others and help organizations to optimize the performance of their most valuable assets – their leaders! As an Executive Coach, Organizational Consultant, and Facilitator, I work with leaders to identify areas in need of change or growth that will make a difference for them.

I am passionate about leaders optimizing their potential and pushing their capabilities beyond what they think is possible.
